What is virgin hair?

Hair that is completely unprocessed, with all cuticles intact and running in the same direction. Virgin hair has never been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, or chemically processed in any way.

How many bundles do I need?

For a full install, you will need 2 bundles if using lengths shorter than 18 inches. For hair measuring 20 inches and longer, it is recommended to use 3 bundles.

How long will my bundles last?

On average, your bundles can last for a long time if properly cared for. Our Belles typically use the hair for 6 months to 1 year. Bundles that have been colored or bleached typically have a shorter life span.

Can I color my bundles?

Yes, our bundles are 100% human hair that has not been processed in anyway. We recommend that you consult with a professional stylist for any coloring services to avoid causing damage to your bundles.

How many ounces are in each bundle?

About 3.5 ounces unless stated otherwise.

Why does my bundles look different from each other?

Our bundles are 100% virgin human hair from various donors, (unless stated) therefore, no two bundles are the same. Since the hair is Virgin, each bundle will slightly vary in texture, pattern and color. We make every effort to send you bundles that matches as closely as possible.

What is double drawn?

Our double drawn bundles are thick from top to bottom, unlike single drawn hair, which is similar to natural hair and tends to be thinner at the ends.

Return / Exchange Policy

We maintain a very high level of quality assurance at BundlesYourWay. Our bundles go through a rigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality extensions possible, however if you are not satisfied with your bundles, within 5 business days of receiving your order you may request an exchange. We do not offer refunds, we only offer credit that will go towards your exchange.  The hair must be in it's original form, no alterations whatsoever. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received and inspected the hair.  Please email or call us with any questions you may have.
